    The Role:

    Are you a seasoned engineer with a passion for building innovative products that solve real-world problems? Do you thrive at the intersection of product development and engineering, bringing together technical expertise and a deep understanding of user needs? Flowie is looking for a Staff Product Engineer to join our team and lead the development of cutting-edge solutions that redefine B2B collaboration. If you’re driven by creating impactful products, value simplicity in complex and secure projects, and understand the importance of small iterations, we want to hear from you, while managing the global roadmap.


    Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Collaborate with head of domains to define the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Small Iterations for Big Impact: Embrace an iterative approach to development, delivering value through small, frequent releases that enable rapid feedback and continuous improvement.
  • End-to-End Product Management: Lead the development and execution of product features from concept to launch, managing the entire product lifecycle to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure a smooth product development process.
  • User-Centric Design: Advocate for simplicity in complex and secure projects, ensuring that our solutions are intuitive and user-friendly while meeting security and compliance requirements.
  • Iterative Development: Embrace small, iterative cycles to test, learn, and refine product features quickly, maximizing impact and minimizing risk.
  • Market Disruption: Identify opportunities to innovate and differentiate our products in the B2B, B2C, payments, and financial sectors, driving competitive advantage.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and user feedback to make informed product decisions, continuously improving features and optimizing the user experience.
  • Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor and guide junior product managers and engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation.

    Requirement:

  • Experience: At least 7-10 years of experience in product management or a product-focused engineering role, with a strong track record of delivering successful products.
  • Product Management Expertise: Deep understanding of product management principles, including roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and stakeholder management.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with engineering principles and technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, Scala), enabling effective collaboration with development teams.
  • Experience in Financial and B2B/B2C Domains: Proven experience working on products in B2B, B2C, payments, or financial services, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and user needs.
  • Security and Compliance Focus: Ability to manage and deliver secure solutions that comply with industry regulations and best practices, particularly in sensitive areas like payments and finance.
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive product decisions and strategy.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate product concepts and strategies to diverse audiences.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus, big plus for French
