The Role
As the Head of / VP of Product Marketing at Flowie, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our product marketing strategy to drive growth and market leadership. You will play a critical role in defining our product’s value proposition, leading go-to-market strategies, and ensuring our product offerings resonate with our target audience. This role demands a strategic thinker who can influence product direction, collaborate across teams, and lead a high-performing product marketing organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Product Positioning and Messaging:
    • Develop and articulate clear, compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates Flowie in the marketplace.
    • Tailor messaging for various customer segments and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy:
    • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates, ensuring all aspects of the launch process are coordinated and optimized for impact.
    • Collaborate with sales, product management, and demand generation teams to create comprehensive launch plans.
  • Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis:
    • Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
    • Provide insights to inform product development and marketing strategies, ensuring Flowie remains ahead of industry trends.
  • Sales Enablement:
    • Equip the sales team with the tools and knowledge needed to effectively sell Flowie’s products, including sales training, product demos, presentations, and competitive analysis.
    • Develop sales collateral and other customer-facing materials that support the sales process.
  • Customer Advocacy and Engagement:
    • Partner with the customer success team to understand customer feedback and use this data to influence product enhancements and marketing campaigns.
    • Develop and promote customer stories, case studies, and testimonials that highlight the value of Flowie’s products.
  • Demand Generation Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the demand generation team to design and execute campaigns that drive product awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
    • Ensure alignment between product marketing efforts and overall demand generation strategies.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Build and lead a high-performing product marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional goals.
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization:
    • Analyze the effectiveness of product marketing strategies and initiatives, using data to make informed decisions and optimize performance.
    • Report on key metrics, including product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth, and adjust strategies as necessary.

Job requirements

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in Product Marketing, with experience in a high growth scale ups.
  • Proficiency in both English and French (other languages are a plus : German, Spanish…)
  • Proven track record in SaaS B2B sales.
  • Nice to have: Experience in Procurement and Finance sectors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
