The Role:

As the Head of Strategy & Operations at Flowie, you will drive our strategic initiatives and operational excellence, enhancing our market presence and ensuring sustainable growth. You will leverage your expertise in ESG, finance, fundraising, international operations, consulting, and data to shape and execute our strategic vision. Additionally, you will help us grow our presence in Europe and manage the opening of operations in others continents.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies that align with Flowie's vision and goals.

    • Identify growth opportunities and develop plans to capture market share in Europe and beyond.

  2. Operational Excellence:

    • Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and scalability.

    • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

  3. ESG Leadership:

    • Drive the integration of ESG principles into Flowie's business strategy and operations.

    • Ensure compliance with ESG standards and enhance Flowie's reputation as a responsible and sustainable company.

  4. Financial Management:

    • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic initiatives.

    • Manage financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.

  5. Fundraising:

    • Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure capital for growth.

    • Build and maintain relationships with investors, venture capitalists, and other funding sources.

  6. International Operations:

    • Expand Flowie's presence in international markets, ensuring successful entry and growth.

    • Manage cross-border operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.

  7. US Expansion:

    • Lead the strategic planning and execution for entering the US market.

    • Oversee the establishment and management of US operations, ensuring a smooth and successful launch.

  8. Consulting and Advisory:

    • Provide strategic advice to the CEO and executive team on key business decisions.

    • Leverage consulting experience to solve complex business challenges and drive innovation.

  9. Data-Driven Decision Making:

    • Utilize data analytics to inform strategic decisions and measure performance.

    • Implement data-driven methodologies to optimize operations and enhance business insights.

  10. Team Leadership:

    • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

    • Develop talent and build organizational capabilities to support growth and innovation.

Job requirements

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in strategy and operations, with a strong background in ESG, finance, fundraising, and international business.

  2. Experience in management consulting, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

  3. Strong financial acumen and experience managing financial performance and fundraising.

  4. Demonstrated ability to lead and scale operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  5. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

  6. Strong leadership and team management abilities.

  7. Experience in managing international operations, including market entry and expansion.

  8. Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
