At Flowie, we are revolutionizing procurement and finance operations, simplifying complexities in operations and empowering financial and procurement teams. As part of our ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our SaaS solutions in the DACH region, with a strong focus on the German Enterprise Accounts market.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring sustainable revenue growth in the DACH region.
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to penetrate the German market, leveraging your deep knowledge of local business practices and market needs.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target industries, aligning client needs with Flowie’s SaaS offerings.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the specific requirements of German-speaking customers.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets through effective pipeline management and strategic sales planning.

Job requirements

Requirements

  • Min 5 years of experience in sales
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales with a strong understanding of the entire sales process, from initial outreach to final negotiations and closing deals.
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies such as SPICED, MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sale.
  • Ability to identify and target growth opportunities, leveraging your strong business development skills.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound and inbound activities.
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies.
  • English and German languages required
  • Based in Paris, France or Germany, with the ability to travel within the region as required.
  • Nice to have: Experience in Procurement and Finance sectors.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated.
